Gyroids

Gyroids can be displayed in the player's house, and if music is playing, they can dance and produce sounds, loosely in time to it.

Tom Nook usually pays 828 Bells for a gyroid, though they cannot be purchased from the catalog. They each have an auction value of 3,312 bells each.

***There is an unlockable gyroid storage location in The Roost that can be unlocked by ordering coffee from Brewster. This option becomes available after you drink 7 cups of coffee without letting them cool. These do not have to be on 7 consecutive days. Once accessed, Brewster can hold up to one of each different gyroid. There are no rewards for completing the storage with every gyroid. As an aside, there are more gyroids visible in the shelving unit behind the counter at The Roost.

Process:
Drink 7 coffees (must be hot/always choose top answer) & (must be on separate days/you do not need a gyroid in your pocket yet) Now talk to Brewster at the counter (not in the counter seat) with any gyroid in your pocket (other villagers can be in seat but no K.K. Slider performance. Brewster will mention he has a gyroid storage you can use. Agree to storage. Bring Brewster any gyroids you want to store (he will not accept duplicates for the same character)

Each 4 characters that can move into your town will have to go through this process to store gyroids for themselves

Each 4 characters will have their own separate storage list with Brewster

The gyroid storage is presented like Nook's Catalog (shows gyroid name, picture of gyroid, gyroid animation)

You can put in and take out any gyroids you have collected and given Brewster at any time you wish (talk to Brewster behind counter & not in seat). He will notify you if you've already stored a gyroid with him as an easy way to determine if you have a duplicate.
